Because all items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error.

Please double-check your order before placing it. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [dwightallenkovich@gmail.com]. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.


⏱️ Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 days, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
